Court #2 at Club de Tenis y Padel Bel-Air

Scope

An existing on-site building was the only feasible footprint for a new padel court — so the scope ran from demolition through first serve: a replacement storage structure, sitework, grading, drainage, and utilities, then the court envelope itself. In active club play since opening.

Services delivered

  • Demolition of the existing on-site building
  • New storage building — design and siting
  • Grading and pavement design — court envelope and apron
  • Drainage for Costa del Sol intensity events
  • Utilities for court lighting and irrigation
  • Construction observation through completion
