Projects.
Active engagements and completed work across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Nevada. Site development, stormwater management, septic system design, and floodplain analysis.
Chester Park / North Street Drainage Improvements
Town-wide drainage analysis for a historic Eastern Shore community. Drone photogrammetry and LiDAR-derived terrain feed a 2D HEC-RAS model of the town drainage network — flood extents, velocities, and hydraulic bottlenecks mapped at neighborhood scale to surface solutions compatible with the historic streetscape.
- Drone photogrammetry survey
- LiDAR terrain model
- 2D HEC-RAS modeling of the town drainage network
- Flood-extent, velocity, and bottleneck mapping at neighborhood scale
- Phased improvement recommendations
Club de Tenis y Padel Bel-Air — Estepona, Spain
Five-court tennis and multipurpose gym expansion sized to host ATP/WTA 500-level tournament play — parking expansion, business center, and an on-site player residence. Full civil scope across the expansion footprint: layout, grading, drainage, utilities. Engineering proceeds alongside architecture; construction phased around continuing club operations.
- Site layout and grading across the expansion footprint
- Parking circulation sized for tournament-day visitor loads
- Drainage design for Costa del Sol storm intensity
- Utility coordination — gym, business center, player residence
- Construction phasing around active club operations
Court #2 at Club de Tenis y Padel Bel-Air
An existing on-site building was the only feasible footprint for a new padel court — so the scope ran from demolition through first serve: a replacement storage structure, sitework, grading, drainage, and utilities, then the court envelope itself. In active club play since opening.
- Demolition of the existing on-site building
- New storage building — design and siting
- Grading and pavement design — court envelope and apron
- Drainage for Costa del Sol intensity events
- Utilities for court lighting and irrigation
- Construction observation through completion
AWC Fairfield Terminal: Drainage Analysis
Site topography processed from LiDAR survey into a Civil 3D surface, with cut/fill heat maps developed to support mill-and-overlay operations and drainage improvements.
- Site topography processing from LiDAR survey
- Civil 3D surface creation
- Cut/fill heat maps for mill and overlay operations
- Drainage improvements
Residential SWM with Forest Conservation
Stormwater management and Forest Conservation Plan compliance on a Priority-rated forest stand with multiple specimen trees in the proposed disturbance envelope. Two micro-bioretention facilities sized against on-site infiltration testing.
- Forest Conservation Plan submission to Baltimore County
- Specimen tree variance application
- Infiltration testing (supervised) for proposed BMPs
- SWM design — two micro-bioretention facilities
- Grading and erosion & sediment control plans
Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center
Civil site development for a new outdoor learning center in northern Baltimore County. B-8 Limited Exemption process with site grading, stormwater, and access design coordinated with architect and landscape architect. Baltimore County DRC approval secured.
